Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Brain Creative AI services are sold as monthly subscriptions that are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:

• Email support@braincreative.ai from the email address on your account, or
• Use the billing portal link in your account or on your Stripe receipt, where available.

We will confirm your cancellation by email within 2 business days.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and you keep full access to your service until the period ends.

4. Refunds

• Monthly fees: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time in a billing period.
• Setup and implementation fees: These are non-refundable once setup work has begun. If you cancel before any setup work starts, we will refund the setup fee in full.
• Billing errors: If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us within 60 days and we will refund the incorrect amount.
• Service outages: If a service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us and we will review a prorated credit.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

6. Your Data After Cancellation

If you request it within 30 days after your subscription ends, we will provide an export of your data where technically feasible. After that period, your data may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
